Pablo PicassoPicasso was a Spanish artist, who lived in France. An extremely influential artist, he produced a prolific number of artworks in his life. He lived 1881 - 1973, and had several painting styles which influenced his art.
In 1901 he had his blue painting period - all paintings blue and contained lean figures. The Old Guitarist and Life were produced in this period. 1907 - 1911 saw his early cubism stage: e.g. Fruit Dish. Then synthetic cubism 1912 - 21. His most famous painting, Guernica, was produced in 1935. His art work is loved by millions and his paintings are worth millions, too Wow, this person REALLY liked Picasso, he wrote a freakin' book. Apparently "Famous Artist" wasn't quite saying enough...
